Salted caramel and plum hit first, sweet with a little tartness from the lemon keeping it from tipping into dessert territory. Then coffee shows up — real coffee, not sugary — with cassis adding some dark fruit depth. Boya oud grounds the whole thing at the end, smoky and earthy, backed up by tonka and sandalwood so it stays warm instead of harsh.

Not your average gourmand. Sweet up top, but the oud and coffee keep it serious.
