SHIPPING POLICY

PROCESSING TIME

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

During busy periods such as new releases, sales, and holidays, processing may take 1–2 business days. We'll always ship as quickly as we can.

SHIPPING METHOD

All orders ship via USPS within the United States. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, weather, or other issues outside our control.

Because fragrance is classified as a flammable liquid, all orders ship by ground. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses may take longer.

TRACKING

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the entire order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order ships, we cannot change the address. Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal may require you to pay shipping again.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Once USPS accepts your package, Snack's Scents is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 or more days, email us and we'll help you open a claim with USPS.

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, please check with USPS, your neighbors, household members, and your mailroom or property office before contacting us.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. See our Refund Policy for details.
