PRE-ORDER POLICY

Pre-order items are not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you agree to the terms below.

PAYMENT

Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.

ESTIMATED SHIP DATES

Each pre-order listing shows an estimated ship date. These dates come from our suppliers and are estimates, not guarantees. We'll email you if your estimated date changes.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund. Once a pre-order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If we are unable to fulfill your pre-order, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER AND IN-STOCK ITEMS

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, we may hold the entire order and ship everything together once the pre-order item arrives.

AFTER DELIVERY

Once delivered, pre-order items follow our standard Refund Policy.

HOW TO CANCEL

Email Support@snacksscents.com with your order number. Cancellations are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
